Stats show Baker Mayfield is the unluckiest QB on INTs

Baker Mayfield threw three interceptions in Sunday’s loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Two of those first made contact with his own receiver, including one which hit Dontrell Hilliard in both hands before winding up in the hands of Seahawks LB K.J. Wright.

That follows a week where Antonio Callaway essentially handed a ball that would have been a touchdown to the 49ers after he juggled it. Like the pass to Hilliard in Week 6, the ball placement from Mayfield wasn’t perfect but it hit the receiver in both hands.
