Elsa was so lucky that someone who knew our rescue videos called Hope For Paws for help. Her leg was broken, she had an embedded collar at some point around her neck, and all those needed to be taken care of.

Lisa Arturo and JoAnn Wiltz rushed to the location, but there was no way to get into the property. The decided to contact the property owner and he assisted with this rescue.
